สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ได้พระราชทานพระราชานุญาตให้มูลนิธิชัยพัฒนาจัดพิมพ์หนังสือ “บันทึก นึกอร่อย” ท่านผู้หญิงประสานสุข ตันติเวชกุล ที่รวบรวมตำรับอาหารไทยจากต้นเครื่องประจำพระตำหนักจิตรลดารโหฐาน ในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร เพื่อรักษาคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาอาหารไทยซึ่งเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม โดยได้รับความสนใจจากผู้อ่านเป็นอย่างมาก

บัดนี้ หนังสือ “บันทึก นึกอร่อย” ท่านผู้หญิงประสานสุข ตันติเวชกุล ได้รับการแปลเป็นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษในชื่อว่า “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” สำหรับผู้อ่านชาวต่างชาติ เพื่อเผยแพร่ตำราอาหารไทยดั้งเดิมให้กว้างขวางไปยังนานาประเทศ

“Royal Thai Tasty Diary” by Thanpuying Prasarnsuk Tantivejkul

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted an initiation to the Chaipattana Foundation to publish the book “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” by Thanpuying Prasarnsuk Tantivejkul. The initiative aims to showcase the rich culinary heritage of Thailand, during the reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. By preserving these culinary traditions, the book serves as a valuable testament to Thailand's cultural legacy.

Following the successful release of the Thai edition of “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” by the Chaipattana Foundation, which received enthusiastic feedback from the public, we are excited to announce the launch of the English version. This edition aims to introduce traditional Thai recipes to an international audience.

The book “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” is now available at PatPat shops and Nai In bookstores.
